I really needed to get my hands on some Marlins tickets because I had dropped the ball and my father was coming into town. I was relieved to find the Ticket Specialists . I was impressed by their selection of tickets at Dolphin Stadium and their prices. I was expected to drop a lot more cash, but ended up saving a lot of money.

I went back to ticketspecialists.com looking for more baseball tickets and discovered that they have all kinds of tickets. I found the Tom Petty tickets I had been looking for all year and was pleasantly surprised to find Eddie Izzard tickets . I now have the site bookmarked.

Carlos Zambrano pitched seven solid innings and the Chicago Cubs snapped a 10-game losing streak to the Florida Marlins with a 6-3 victory Thursday night. After a 2-4 road trip, the Cubs got home runs from Henry Blanco and Ronny Cedeno and two-run double from Aramis Ramirez to improved to 38-12 at Wrigley Field.

The Florida Marlins activated right-hander Justin Miller from 15-day disabled list on Thursday. Miller was placed on the disabled list July 5 with right elbow inflammation. The reliever is 2-2 with a 4.58 ERA in 39 appearances. He pitched three scoreless innings in three rehab appearances for Single-A Jupiter.

Aside from Chipper Jones losing track of the count while at bat, the Atlanta Braves were pretty much flawless Monday night. They came up with fielding gems and clutch hitting, and rookie Jorge Campillo allowed only two hits in seven innings to beat the Florida Marlins 4-0. It was quite a turnaround from Sunday, when the Braves committed four errors, issued eight walks and lost to Washington 15-6.
