Florida reliever Taylor Tankersley, first baseman Aaron Boone and manager Fredi Gonzalez were all ejected in the sixth inning of the Marlins’ game Wednesday night against the Cleveland Indians after Grady Sizemore was hit in the back by a pitch. The ejections came one inning after benches cleared when Indians starter Cliff Lee hit the Marlins’ Miguel Cabrera in the upper body.
